Joanna says: "I'd like to introduce you to Miss Lavenia Compton, and her beautiful sampler. I've carefully reproduced the antique from my collection for you to stitch. I love the tiny deer underneath the abundant grapevines, and that central flowerpot is just stunning.

Miss Lavenia's sampler has a stitch count of 283w x 288h. I stitched the model on 40-count 'Doubloon' by Picture This Plus, although it would look lovely on many different neutrals. I used Weeks Dye Works, Gentle Art Sampler Threads and Classic Colorworks floss to stitch the model, and a DMC conversion is provided.

You will receive both a clear black-and-white chart and a colour version of the design, instructions and a colour image of the finished design and the antique original. I also include information about Lavenia's history".
