This pattern, designed by Donna Olson of Satin Stitches, can use either 22 or 25 count evenweave fabric.  Finished size with 22 count fabric is 14" wide x 25" long; finished size with 25 count fabric is 11" wide by 20" long.  Features klosters, satin stitch, star/petal stitch variation, buttonhole stitch, double cable stitch, double running stitch, French knots, and cutwork with weaving.
