Autumn's Swan" is a cross stitch chart designed by Brenda Gervais of With Thy Needle & Thread. Brenda notes that this design continues with the vintage concrete swan planter. The bouquet in the autumn swan was inspired by the black-eyed susans, Cattails, and Rosehips that grow wild in Brenda's rural road ditches.
