The words "Sew Tweet" (a play on so sweet) appear across the top. A turquoise bird perches atop a spool of thread holding a threaded needle in its beak. Next to the spool are a tiny tomato pin cushion and a golden thimble. The bird is surrounded by stars and a blue and white check border.

Design area: 63H x 51W
Model: Stitched using two strands of floss over two threads on 32 count Macchiato linen by Luminous Fiber Arts. Over-dyed flosses generously provided by Weeks Dye Works. DMC flosses were also used in this design. Suggested DMC substitutions are given for Weeks floss colors in parenthesis and will give a different look to the piece.
Notes: This design includes full cross stitches and long stitches. Long stitches were made using one strand of floss: DMC 413 for the pins in the pincushion and Bashful for the thread hanging from the needle.
