This reproduction sampler from Jeannette Douglas features "Let the sweet work of prayer and praise employ my youngest breath, thus I'm prepared for longer days or fit for early death. Remember thy creator in the days of thy youth. Ann Perrin finished this sampler in the 14th year of her age April 19th, 1841." Also includes patterns for 2 frames pieces (85x105) and a long pincushion (65x185).

The Sampler was stitched over 2 threads on 40 Ct. Vintage Meadow Rue by Lakeside Linens with Soie d'Alger silks.
